The worm wheel type soft seal butterfly valve is simple in structure, small in size and light in weight, and is composed of only a few parts. Moreover, it can be quickly opened and closed by rotating 90°, and the operation is simple, and the valve has good fluid control characteristics. When the flange butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the disc is the only resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by the valve is small, so it has better flow control characteristics. The butterfly valve has two sealing types: a spring seal and a metal seal. Elastomeric sealing valve, the sealing ring can be mounted on the valve body or attached to the periphery of the disc.

 

  Scope of application:

 

  D341H-1.6C metal sealing butterfly valve is suitable for temperature ≤400 °C.

 

  D341X-1.6C soft sealing valve is suitable for temperature 90 - 100 °C.

 

  They are suitable for use as an opening and closing device on industrial pipes such as air, water, steam and oil.

  The sealing ring of the metal hard sealing valve is a composite structure of a flexible graphite plate and a stainless steel plate, and is mounted on the valve body, and the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is welded with stainless steel.

 

  The seal of the soft seal valve is made of nitrile rubber and is mounted on the disc. The valve body seat is welded to stainless steel.

 

  working principle:

 

  The metal-sealed valve is designed with a three-eccentric structure principle that utilizes the inherent camming effect, completely eliminating all friction between the seat and the seal in a 90-degree stroke.

 

  The rubber soft sealing butterfly valve is designed with a single eccentric structure. Unlike the neutral soft seal, the disc rotates about 20 degrees later, and the valve seat and the sealing ring are quickly disengaged, thereby reducing friction.

 

  Valve drive method:

 

  The valve is driven by a worm gear manual mechanism. The handle is rotated 90° clockwise, the valve can be closed, and the handle is rotated 90° counterclockwise to open the valve.
